Campus21 – A New Way of Thinking About Everyday Office Life!

Campus21 is a business park consisting of several building sections, embedded in a natural environment with two ponds and generous green spaces. Altogether, the site offers 50,000 m² of usable space, compromising of offices and storage areas.

Campus21 covers an area of almost 1 km length and consists of 20 independent building sections. In addition, a total of 1,500 parking spaces are strategically allocated across the entire site.

More than 150 companies with over 1,300 employees, including well-known companies such as McDonalds, Electrolux, Dimoco and Igel Software, are tenants on Campus21.

In addition, Campus21 houses a modern hotel, a fitness club and various catering and service providers.

Individual Layouts – Ready to Customise!

At Campus21, 40,000 m² of office space and 9,000 m² of storage space are available to users. It is possible to realise solutions from small offices of 20 m² up to large offices of several thousand m².

Flexibility is paramount at Campus21. For instance, you only plan to expand in half a year or one year or need the option to expand your premises at a later date? No problem. We can make it happen.

Our large storage areas offer flexibility as well. They usually have a direct entrance from the outside through a loading ramp or roller shutter. Furthermore, the storage areas are also appropriate for workshop or lab space use.

Campus21 is located in the southern part of Vienna, directly on the Wiener Außenring motorway with its own motorway exit leading directly into the business park.

  • Direct motorway exit from the A21, 2 km to the Vösendorf junction
  • Schnellbahn (rapid transit railway): Perchtoldsdorf station, 5min
  • Underground: Siebenhirten station, 5 min
  • Badner Bahn: Vösendorf station, 8 min
  • Bus: The VOR line 269 (» timetable) connects the Campus21 with Mödling and Siebenhirten
  • Free shuttle bus (» timetable) with 40 seats between the U6 terminus Siebenhirten and the campus21 at fixed times
Close to the SCS, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, the surrounding area also offers a golf course, furniture and DIY stores, a cinema centre, car dealerships, and various corporate headquarters. Vienna’s main railway station can be reached by car in 15 minutes, and the airport is only a 20-minute drive away.

What Else Does Campus21 Have to Offer?

There are three restaurants, an ATM, a fitness studio and various supermarkets as well as two fast-food restaurants and a pharmacy directly on Campus21, all within easy walking distance.
